Temporary Traffic Management Signage

There are always different opinions on which signage can be used and which can't so what better way to resolve this then referring to the regulator.

From Main Roads WA Traffic Management for Works on Roads Code of Practice March 2025 .

6.1 Temporary Signage

"Any signage that is not within the AS 1742 series needs to be approved by Main Roads before it can be implemented on the road network."

"The signs must be sourced from an approved sign maker. This ensures the sign sheeting materials are in accordance with the required standards."

"Warning and regulatory signs should not be altered or modified; particularly regulatory signs which may become unenforceable."
