Refund Policy

This policy covers the refunds process for all fees payable for training services and products provided by RYPA Training Pty Ltd t/a Perth Traffic Training either by face to face training delivery, online training delivery or any related product purchase from us, either digital or physical.

This policy provides for the appropriate handling of student’s payments and to facilitate refunds in the case of cancellation by either party.
Unless otherwise stated, all refunds of fees will only be granted in accordance with this policy.

The terms and conditions of this policy apply to all students enrolled through Perth Traffic Training*, whether they are waiting to commence or have completed their training.


  1. Refunds must be requested in writing either by electronic or physical mail using the Perth Traffic Training ‘Application for Refund’ Form to the Administration Officer of Perth Traffic Training

  2. Perth Traffic Training will process refund requests and if approved, arrange payment within 28 days.

  3. Refunds will be paid in Australian Dollars into the nominated bank account.

  4. Course cancellation: In the event of a training course being cancelled by Perth Traffic Training, all students enrolled in the course will have the option of being transferred to a later course or having a full refund of monies paid.

  5. RPL application fees are non-refundable

  6. Students who withdraw from their course and seek a refund are to make a request for a refund in writing using the ‘Application for Refund Form’#. To be eligible for a return, you must provide acceptable evidence that you were unable to attend the course.

  7. A student not achieving the qualification or unit/s in which they enrolled due to exhausting their attempts at assessment, does not entitle the student to a refund.
