What is a USI?

A USI is your individual education number for life. It also gives you an online record of your VET training undertaken in Australia.
You must have evidence from the www.usi.gov.au  website of your USI number, emailed to info@perthtraffictraining.com.au for validation, prior to course.

Proof of Identity (POI)

Applicants can prove their identity with any ONE of the following current full POI documents:

  • Photographic driver’s licence issued within Australia or from a country approved by the department of Transport

  • Australian passport

  • Document of identity issued by the Passport Office

  • Photographic identity card issued by Main Roads, Australian Defence Force, Australian Federal, State or Territory Police Service

  • WA photographic (security) licence issued by or cleared with the WA Police Service

Drivers Licence

You must hold or have held (documentation required) a minimum of probationary level driver's licence.

Construction White Card / Safety Awareness Card

"The Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996 set out mandatory requirements for the provision of construction safety induction training, for employees or self-employed people doing construction work at a workplace in Western Australia"

In accordance with this regulation participants undertaking accredited Traffic Management Training are required to have completed the Construction Safety Induction Training and subsequently hold a White Card.
